The problem

A growing practice running everything through spreadsheets and email threads. Client follow-up was inconsistent, leads were dropping, and there was no way to see the state of the business at a glance.

What we built

Full-stack platform, a public marketing site to win clients, an admin dashboard to track every lead and case, and private portals where each client logs in to see their own progress.

What changed

Manual follow-up replaced by a live system. Every client and lead now sits in one place, visible at a glance, with the marketing site feeding it directly.
